This is to formally advise that the undersigned, Evan Michael McIntyre, is a registered Performance Artist operating under the authority of a valid City of Boston Performance Artist Permit. This permit expressly authorizes my artistic performances at this location, in accordance with all applicable city ordinances.

2. COMPLIANCE WITH NOISE REGULATIONS:

Your verbal assertion of a potential noise violation is duly noted. However, please be advised that my performance is actively monitored and is operating under the prescribed decibel (dB) levels as mandated by Massachusetts General Law and the City of Boston's Rules and Regulations governing street performances. At no point during this interaction has my equipment exceeded these legal limits.

3. LEGAL REPRESENTATION & POTENTIAL LIABILITY:

This matter has been reviewed by legal counsel. Be advised that any demand to "cease and desist" a legally permitted and compliant activity may constitute an infringement upon my legally protected rights.
